Jessie took the time to get to know my Lox’s unique personality and needs, offering to meet with us before the reservation to ensure he would feel comfortable during his stay. It was a relief to see Jessie’s dedication to creating a nurturing environment, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Throughout my dog’s stay, I received regular updates and photos, which reassured me and highlighted the fun and engaging activities my furry friend was enjoying. Jessie went above and beyond, supervising impromptu playdates with dogs they met along their walks. Her kindness and commitment to creating a positive experience for pets and their owners set her apart from any other sitter on Rover.
